The QZFM connectivity tester (CCT) board will diagnose connectivity or light level problems with the sensor. In a good operational sensor,
the STATUS LEDs 1-10 will light up green to indicate a good connection. LEDs 8 & 10 are only applicable to triaxial sensors and should be ignored when testing a dual-axis sensor.
If CCT detects any problems, it is unlikely the sensor can be repaired remotely. Simply take a photo of the CCT showing which LEDs are flashing or in off position. Send us an email requesting an RMA number with the photo attached.
